The Bike Shack is a volunteer-run, donation-funded community bike shop, located at 2415 NE 80th St, Seattle, WA 98115 (we share the building with the NE Seattle Tool Library). We have limited hours – see our current schedule below.

We help people learn to fix their bikes and provide tools for community use. We welcome everyone to come in and use our tools, ask us questions, or buy used bikes or parts.

At this time, the Bike Shack cannot take donations of complete or partial bikes, or frames. We have no space for them. If you are looking to donate a bike, check with Bike Works or The Bikery. Thanks!

Hours

Bike Shack Volunteer Hours (in BLACK) indicates that the Bike Shack space is available to use and a designated Bike Shack volunteer will be present.
Open Borrowing Hours (indicated in GREEN) on the calendar indicates that the Tool Library is open for use.  The Bike Shack space is available to use, and a Tool Library volunteer will be present. However, a Bike Shack volunteer will not be present to answer any questions or help you with repairs.
We are grateful to be co-located with the NE Seattle Tool Library. Get a membership with the tool library to borrow many useful bike and non-bike tools for up to a week at a time! (No membership is required to use the Bike Shack.)

Please donate! All donations go toward rent, tools, and bike parts.
